About The Position

The Imaging and Quality Control Analyst is responsible for using supported technologies to enhance centralized imaging processes with a focus on document authentication and understanding University admissions and record management procedures. Applies expert knowledge in determining document readiness into permanent record status and validation as part of departmental workflow processes. This role provides back-up support for the Director of Admissions Operations and takes a lead role in directing the team's daily processes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or completion of program of 18+ months after high school.
• Ability to support IT core values by focusing on improvements.
• Good organizational and diplomatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize and re-establish priorities while being flexible.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of co-workers, staff, students, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Enhance centralized imaging processes with a focus on document authentication.
• Understand University admissions and record management procedures.
• Determine document readiness into permanent record status and validation.
• Provide back-up support for the Director of Admissions Operations.
