About The Position

The Image Support Specialist is responsible for processing and enhancing various types of digital images. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality data entry. Employees will utilize job aids and CDS Global procedures to process digital images for each magazine, product, or non-profit client while upholding quantity and quality expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Intermediate verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic PC knowledge and skills.
• Working knowledge and skills utilizing job aids and a defined set of methods or operations processes while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Above average attention to detail skills.
• Above average accuracy and quality of work.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM.
• 10-key skills preferred.
• May be required to work extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify and/or enter missing data presented on a PC screen.
• Perform basic and advanced keying functions including Forms ID keying, Recon Keying, List Keying, Data Entry/Heads Up, Verify, Reject Review, and Batch Setup.
• Conduct quality checks on various keying states to ensure proper data points are gathered for both Onshore and Offshore clients.
• Generate batch reports to locate and pull rejected items.
• Document and analyze data for process improvements, detecting trends, and audit reporting for both internal and external sources.
• Perform account lookup or data entry on the client's 3rd party system of record.
• Maintain confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
• Interact in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees, clients, and/or vendors.
• Organize tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
• Acquire and adopt new information in a changing technical environment.
• Adhere to CDS Global guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

Benefits

• Base wage = $14.50/hour.
• 2nd Shift = 10% of base wage for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am.
• Weekend Shift = $3.75/hour worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Sunday.
