About The Position

The Image Review Specialist at TransCore is responsible for reviewing voided images to ensure accuracy and reduce revenue loss. This role involves identifying camera and lane issues, as well as OCR problems, and providing necessary training to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The specialist will also prepare daily reports using Microsoft Excel and handle various image identification tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with speed and efficiency.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Analytical skills to identify patterns.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review voided images for accuracy.
• Identify lane/camera issues, CSR issues, and OCR issues.
• Prepare and provide daily camera void reports to the PTC and Lane Group.
• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Review Unknown By DMV and Canadian Do Not Pursue images.
• Direct urgent and sensitive issues to the TBP Manager.
• Assist management with additional needs.
