About The Position

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to business operations such as image & data capture, and document/transaction management. You will also perform office support tasks based on established procedures. Reports to Supervisor and Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
  • Classifies documents and events based on contract requirements and training.
  • Captures information based on client information.
  • Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
  • Sorts and categorizes images, documents, and files appropriately following guidance from client and management.
  • Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
  • Performs other office-related duties as assigned.
  • Compliance with all policies and standards.
