Run personal computers for purposes of item processing and ensure adherence to operations, schedule and processing requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers. Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job. Comply with all Regulatory, Audit and Bank requirements Working knowledge of Check Processing; High Speed, Reject processing, Balancing Runs appropriate computer programs. Operates printers in conjunction with Image activities Ensures that all work is balanced within established deadlines; researching out of balance conditions in a timely manner Communicates with Business Financial Centers via phone and email Other duties as assigned. Operator II (Grade 7) This is an intermediate position. The incumbent will possess a working knowledge of the Level I areas. Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently. Ability to communicate effectively with technical support via telephone support. May back up other positions or perform other duties as required.
