About The Position

The Image Asset Prep Editor plays a key role in optimizing Buckle production workflow. The teammate in this role will prepare, organize, and label PSD files for the Image Editors, keeping product assets neatly sorted and ready for processing. This teammate will help to streamline operations and boost daily productivity across the Image team. Image Prep, Organization, and Collaboration Search for and select images, apply them to templates, and adjust sizing for consistent presentation. Maintain organized and clearly labeled image assets, ensuring proper sequence for processing. Store and organize image assets on the server for seamless workflow with the Image team. Categorize and organize products on bars and accessory tables by preparation status and date to optimize image processing efficiency. Work closely with Image team to ensure product is being worked in order and by the correct date. Quality Control and Process Improvement Review final PSD assets to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements for the Image Editing team. Prepare and hand off completed assets to the Image team for final editing and processing for buckle.com. Develop and maintain best practices for image asset management and editing workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce errors. General Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit. Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop is required.
