The Independent Monitoring for Quality Program (IM4Q) at Chatham University welcomes applications for the position of a Monitor/Field Interviewer. This part-time hybrid position is largely remote with minimal in-person/on-site reporting requirement and is ideal for a person with a flexible schedule and can commit 12-18 hours/week in 3-5 hour blocks. The IM4Q program is a service through the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) to improve the lives of individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD). As a monitor/field interviewer, you will be directly involved in interviewing/monitoring for the satisfaction and everyday life outcomes of persons with IDD who reside in Allegheny, Beaver, Greene and/or Washington counties.
