Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.

Responsibilities

• Participants are assigned to a mentor who will provide advice and guidance throughout the duration of the program.
• Participants are expected to spend 1-3 hours per month on Physician Pathways Program activities.
• Learn how to operate and thrive as a full-time physician within Kelsey-Seybold.
• Complete the customized program at Kelsey-Seybold facilities and/or virtually.
• Gain deep exposure to primary care or specialty care within a team-based practice environment.
