Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine/Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our established Primary Care team in Watertown, MA. This is a well-respected and established community practice serving patients across all ages in a supportive, patient-first environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in primary care is required
Active NP/PA Massachusetts state license
PANCE/AANP/ANCC Certification required
Comfortable using new technology and software
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
Promote health education and disease prevention
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
