The Distribution Enablement Product Analyst role is part of Voya Investment Management's Entry Level Program, starting in July 2026. This program aims to develop the careers of entry-level employees, providing hands-on experience and on-the-job training in the investment field. The Product Analyst will become an expert in Salesforce and learn about Marketing Cloud and other technologies used by the Enablement team. Responsibilities include conducting Salesforce training, managing requests and updates, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This position reports to the Head of Distribution Enablement.

  • Execute the Salesforce strategic plan in collaboration with IT support and Salesforce Admins.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Develop a Salesforce communications plan to highlight new functionalities and share tips.
  • Create and deliver Salesforce communications and updates according to an established cadence.
  • Identify user needs to define user stories for new functionalities or change requests through requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Write and organize user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners.
  • Assist in maintaining the Salesforce backlog, prioritization, and reporting for ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintain close alignment and continuous collaboration with Salesforce users to ensure pull-through of initiatives and functionalities.
  • Create engaging training resources and lead interactive training sessions for new users.
  • Create dashboards to track usage and identify opportunities for additional training.
  • Work closely with diverse teams including business stakeholders, technology, and marketing to bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Deepen understanding of Distribution for both Intermediary and Institutional sales teams, as well as product and market landscape.
  • Graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026.
  • Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent operational and project management skills, able to operate independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, comfortable with large data sets, pivot tables, and xlookups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Basic experience in Seismic or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
