Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated IM/COC Instructor to join our team in Camp Pendleton, CA . Requirements

  • Ten (10) years with military/DoD training of related experience with intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
  • Completion of a recognized instructor course (i.e. Marine Corps Instructor, FLEX, DLEC, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more warfighting functions (C2, Maneuver, Fires, Logistics, Aviation, or Information Management).
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst, operator, or instructor highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom instruction, practical exercises, and scenario-based training for the Intelligence Management/Combat Operations Center (IM/COC) course.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on C2 family of systems, including C2PC, Tactical Common Server (TCS), JBC-P, TAK/ATAK, MMC (Mounted Mission Command), and MCH (Marine Corps Handheld).
  • Support training in battle staff functions, watch officer/COC operations, and ISR-to-operations integration.
  • Assist with curriculum execution, lesson updates, and training material revisions in accordance with SAT-E standards.
  • Conduct system demonstrations and hands-on labs replicating COC operations (COP management, ISR tasking, targeting support).
  • Mentor Marines on operational employment of IM/COC systems in alignment with mission requirements.
  • Collaborate with training commands, program offices, and MEF-level staff to maintain instructional relevance.
  • Follow security protocols and accreditation standards.
  • Support the collecting, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
  • Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.
