The ILS Provisioning Lead at Austal USA, LLC is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Provisioning activities for assigned programs. This position is crucial in ensuring that all Logistics Support Information (LSI) data elements are accurately reported in the Integrated Computerized Automated Provisioning System (ICAPS). The ILS Provisioning Lead will oversee the daily operations of all provisioning activities and personnel, ensuring that both standard and non-standard provisioning packages are developed and submitted to the Government. This role requires a strong focus on the integration of LSI data with other ILS products to maintain accuracy and quality of information. In addition to managing the provisioning team, the ILS Provisioning Lead will interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers to obtain necessary Vendor Furnished Information. The position also involves collaboration with Navy and Supship personnel on LSI, CSA, and MMS related issues. The ILS Provisioning Lead will represent the Program Provisioning team at all Government meetings and internal and external program reviews, ensuring that all change order activities impacting LSI are processed and communicated effectively to the ILS team. The role includes managing the assigned LSI budget, related schedules, and task assignments for team members to meet contractual requirements. The ILS Provisioning Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining metrics and evaluations for team members. This position is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the successful applicant must be willing to cross-train in other areas within ILS as necessary.
