About The Position
The Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor role involves working one-on-one with individuals with developmental disabilities to help them achieve personal goals related to independence and community participation. The position can be either full-time or part-time, allowing for flexible scheduling. Instructors will teach essential independent living skills in a supportive and motivating environment, with a caseload of approximately 3-6 clients.
