About The Position
The Instructional Learning Program Teacher for Secondary at School District U-46 is responsible for providing individualized instruction as mandated by individual student IEPs. This position is part of the Specialized Student Services department and requires planning and implementing a program of study that meets the individual needs of students. The teacher will engage students through researched-based teaching strategies and create a conducive learning environment. The role involves collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administration, as well as maintaining accurate records and implementing student discipline policies.
