Requirements

2+ years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in Illinois (AMFT, ASW, APCC)
Afternoon (after 3.30pm) or weekend availability
Strong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clients

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families
Lead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Create engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions
1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervision
Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
Collaborate with the clinical team and offer feedback to improve our programs and services
