As a part-time Ikon Pass Ambassador, you’ll travel across Colorado and occasionally the U.S., selling season passes and products that keep people connected to the mountains they love. Requirements
- Working knowledge of the ski industry, with familiarity of Ikon Pass preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales required.
- Experienced skier or snowboarder strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory weekends around key pass sales deadlines: mid-March through April, Labor Day, mid-October through mid-November.
- Reliable transportation to and from events within the Denver metro area.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High School diploma required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours for events on uneven terrain and ability to lift up to 40 lbs for event set up.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Ikon Pass Ambassador, promoting Alterra Mountain Company products and destinations nationwide.
- Represent the company at events across the U.S., driving year-round mountain access sales.
- Utilize mobile sales systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams at mountain locations as needed.
- Move equipment and assist with event setup and breakdown as part of essential duties.
- Achieve seasonal sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
