Job Summary: The IIOT Solutions Supervisor leads a team of Software and SCADA Engineers to define the roadmaps and product specifications for various digital solutions that are and will be implemented at PECNA. This role will report to Digital Transformation Group (DTG) Sr. Manager and drive for an integrated digital solution system including PLC, SCADA, and MES technologies in PECNA's digitalization initiatives. Digital transformation is one of the top initiatives at PECNA for achieving more efficient and profitable production outputs.
Essential Duties:
Lead a team of software and controls engineers including prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing the training and development of staff
Develops effective short-term and long-term plans for the team to achieve business targets and financial goals
Responsible for the IioT component of Digital Transformation. This includes strategic planning and scaling, customer success, enterprise integrations. Systems include engineering tools, quality tools, SCADA, Edge PCs, Maintenance, & Production.
Drives cross functional teams to correctly identify root causes (using Lean methodologies) and deliver wholistic solutions for People, Process, and Product
Leads collaboratively with business customers on hardware, middleware, and application and solution adoption requirements.
Leads with vendors, engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure the integrity of databases, application software and manufacturing data.
Performs regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity, health and availability of all systems and key processes, reviewing application and system logs, and ensuring completion of scheduled jobs
Leads problem-solving efforts regarding system and service matters and if necessary, facilitates support with outside personnel, organizations, and/or vendors
Monitor tech-industry trends, and brings new ideas and innovative solutions
Develop new deliverables as needed based on strategic requirements and following best practices for documentation and delivery
Executes high performance culture and servant leadership
Performs other duties as assigned
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees', wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Respirator fit test will be required based on functional area.

Qualifications
Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
Preferred: Master's Degree
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of Technology or Engineering management experience
Minimum of 6+ years of Technology or Engineering experience in manufacturing, automation, equipment development, or design
3+ years of IIoT experience including rapid design, prototyping, and deployment of embedded systems
Strong servant leadership and conflict resolutions skills.
Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and have experience in Industrial Automations and systems such as MES, SCADA, and PLC programming
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, including the ability to set clear expectations of core team.
Effectively ensures core team connected with customers to maximize solution benefit.
Prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment and take the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly
Creative thinker with attention to detail, strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work extended-hours or outside of normal business hours including weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven record of leading full cycle engineering, from solution concept to final product
Strong problem-solving skills
Six sigma green belt

Preferred Certification(s):
Project Management Professional (PMP)
AWS Certified Security - Specialty
