We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Master level Clinician to join our In-Home Therapy team. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible
  • Valid MA Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
  • Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care
  • Enjoy fast-paced environments and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
  • Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
  • Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
  • Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
  • Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
  • Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
  • Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
