Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible
Valid MA Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently
Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care
Enjoy fast-paced environments and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
