About The Position
The IHS Scheduling Coordinator works closely with caregivers, clients, and the care team to coordinate schedules, respond to scheduling needs, and ensure continuity of care. This is an office-based position focused on communication, organization, and problem-solving.

- Comfort working with caregivers and clients from diverse backgrounds

Nice To Haves
- Experience in scheduling, healthcare, home care, or customer service preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
- Communicate with caregivers regarding shifts, schedule updates, and availability
- Support clients by ensuring coverage and addressing scheduling needs
- Manage schedule changes and call-offs while maintaining service continuity
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a positive client and caregiver experience
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Provide friendly and professional communication with caregivers and clients
