The Technical Sales Intern will join the IGNITE Internship Program, a 12-week structured, cohort-based experience designed to attract and develop early talent. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to OEM Sales, including how we collaborate directly with OEMs to understand application needs, support new product introductions, and build long-term customer partnerships. You will participate in customer meetings, on-site visits, solution discussions, and account management support activities under the guidance of experienced sales and engineering professionals. This internship is intentionally structured to support learning and growth. You will receive training on Danfoss products and system applications, coaching on communication and relationship-building, and opportunities to learn from peers and leaders across the organization. From your first day, you will be paired with a peer buddy and supported by a mentor to guide your development.
