About The Position
This position is based out of our corporate office (1635 W. Michigan St. Indianapolis) and the overall range is $22-$25/hr. including benefits. Goodwill has partnered with EmployIndy to provide services to Out-of-School Youth (ages 16-24) through YES Indy, known internally as Goodwill Ignite. YES Indy’s mission statement is, 'You establish a vision for your life. YES Indy helps you achieve it. We offer free education and job training, supporting you every step of the way to reach your goals.' Goodwill Ignite offers 14 program elements such as, connecting participants to secondary education opportunities, certifications, paid work experiences, and supportive services offered to the participants via a Goodwill Ignite Coach. The Coach enrolls participants, documents goals and objectives, communicates at a minimum of monthly with each participant and tracks education and employment outcomes. The Coach networks within Goodwill’s programs and services to promote and gain referrals into Goodwill Ignite.
