About The Position
Work where winter meets the bar scene! As a Bar Back, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes MVP keeping our outdoor igloo bar running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-energy ski resort setting. You’ll support our bartending team to ensure quick service, great drinks, and a clean, organized bar—even during the busiest après-ski rushes. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in bartending who wants hands-on experience and extra training from our professional bartenders—all while working outdoors in a one-of-a-kind igloo environment surrounded by snow, slopes, and mountain vibes. Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Help with daily preparation of ingredients and items used in drinks
- Effectively prepare the bar for service so everything is stocked and ready to go
- Keep inventory flowing by stocking beer, liquor, wine, and bar supplies
- Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas to keep service smooth
