About The Position

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Role Overview The Managing Director, IGA Platform integration and oversight lead is responsible for the strategy, engineering, integration, and operational excellence of the firm’s Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) product ecosystem. This role oversees SailPoint and in‑house IGA products, leading their integration into a unified, scalable, and well‑controlled IGA platform. Reporting to the Global Head of IGA, this leader owns the end‑to‑end delivery and support model for IGA services, ensuring consistent governance, strong audit outcomes, and reliable service to business, technology, audit, and client stakeholders. The critical success factor for this role is consolidating fragmented IGA solutions into a single, standardized control framework with uniform processes, metrics, and governance across the firm.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of technology leadership experience, including senior roles owning enterprise platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, including SailPoint and large‑scale enterprise integrations.
  • Proven experience consolidating fragmented platforms into standardized, well‑governed solutions.
  • Strong background in operating large engineering and support organizations in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Audit, Risk, Security, and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the IGA product strategy and engineering roadmap across SailPoint and internal IGA platforms.
  • Define and deliver the target‑state IGA architecture focused on centralization, automation, and control consistency.
  • Drive integration of applications, identity sources, and entitlement data into the centralized IGA ecosystem.
  • Lead modernization efforts, including retirement of legacy and duplicative IGA solutions.
  • Lead the firmwide consolidation of fragmented IGA tools, workflows, and controls.
  • Establish and enforce uniform identity governance controls (lifecycle, access requests, certifications, SoD, exceptions).
  • Ensure IGA controls are consistently designed, implemented, and operated across all stakeholders and platforms.
  • Lead global engineering and support teams responsible for build, run, and support of IGA platforms.
  • Own the operating model for handling all IGA requests, incidents, enhancements, and audit asks.
  • Establish service standards, SLAs, automation goals, and reliability metrics to ensure predictable delivery at scale.
  • Serve as executive escalation point for high‑impact access, governance, and control issues.
  • Ensure IGA platforms and processes are audit‑ready by design, with standardized reporting and evidence generation.
  • Partner closely with Audit, Risk, and Information Security to support regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • Drive measurable reduction in audit findings, manual controls, and operational risk through automation and standardization.
  • Act as a senior partner to business leaders, technology teams, audit, and client stakeholders on IGA matters.
  • Translate complex IGA engineering and control topics into clear executive-level outcomes and risk narratives.
  • Represent IGA product engineering in governance forums, executive reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and lead high‑performing global engineering and support teams.
  • Set clear accountability across product engineering, integration, and support functions.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
