IFM Facilities Manager - JLL (Multi-Site) What this job involves - As the IFM Facilities Manager, you will serve as the primary lead for two high-criticality diagnostic sites. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through a hybrid labor model, managing both union and non-union teams. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of third-party vendors, performance tracking against KPIs, and identifying opportunities to expand the service scope while maintaining a lean, efficient budget. What your day-to-day will look like: Labor & Team Leadership: Directly manage and coach a hybrid workforce, including unionized trades and non-union support staff. Foster a culture of professional development, safety, and accountability across all team levels. Mediate and resolve labor relations issues while ensuring compliance with CBAs and company policy. Vendor & Coordination Management: Act as the central point of contact for all on-site vendors (janitorial, security, specialized lab maintenance, etc.). Ensure all external partners adhere to site safety protocols and meet high-quality service-level agreements (SLAs). Efficiency & Performance: Track and report on monthly KPIs (uptime, response time, energy usage) to ensure the client receives maximum value. Budgetary Oversight: Manage the operational budget (OpEx), identify cost-saving initiatives, and ensure transparent financial reporting. Engineering & Project Support: Partner with the Client’s Engineering Team to support the execution of CapEx projects. Provide site-specific technical insights to ensure new installations or renovations are maintainable and integrated into the CMMS. Systems & Data Management: Utilize SAP/CMMS as a primary tool for performance tracking, asset history, and driving a predictive maintenance culture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Facilities Management
  • Proven experience managing both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
  • Strong experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and reporting on financial variances.
  • Power user status in SAP or equivalent CMMS; ability to use data to tell a story of operational health.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years in an IFM or Service Provider capacity.
  • Experience in a GxP or highly regulated diagnostic/clinical environment.
  • Strong "client-first" mentality with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Change Management certification.
