The selected candidate will provide Battery system product lead responsibilities for the IFG Line of Business. Selected candidate will be responsible for qualification and production incorporation of the Battery Charger Controller Unit being developed for the F-16 program. Additionally, this role will lead a modernization trade study for the F-22 Main Aircraft Battery. The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, along with key stakeholders, is essential for success in this position. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hardware qualification
  • Knowledge and experience with various battery technologies and chemistries
  • Strong technical planning skills to include logical task structure and estimating
  • Experience coordinating Action Request responses and troubleshooting procedures within LM as well as with the customer
  • Experience coordinating root cause and corrective action investigation within LM as well as with suppliers
  • Project Management experience is desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain secret clearance is desired
