The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking to hire qualified candidates for the position of INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST II. This role serves as a IES Database Support Analyst supporting the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS). The position involves collaborating with technical support personnel and program administrators to support an extensive array of complex relational databases and end user applications. Responsibilities include planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing complex enterprise-wide relational database structures, as well as analyzing and tuning database structures in consultation with other technical experts. The role also requires maintaining departmental goals of integrated data architecture while striving to improve system performance and optimal use of computer systems.
