ITS provides operational support to state agencies on a 24x7x365 basis; some positions may be required to provide this critical service at any time. The mission of IES is to enhance the well-being of New Yorkers by transforming health and human service delivery through coordinated business practices, modernized technology, and strategic partnerships. Specifically, IES will leverage assets created for the health benefit exchange to improve and simplify the eligibility determination and delivery of health and human services to NYS residents in areas such as: Medicaid, SNAP, Public Assistance, HEAP, and Child Care. Reporting to the IES Resource Management Lead, the Administrative Tech Specialist will be responsible for managing and completing daily tasks associated with IES Operations Administration including efforts related to onboarding, contractor procurement, resume evaluation, participating in interviews, resource coordination, office administration, offboarding, and process creation. This includes creating, updating, and managing documentation related to Operations processes. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
