About The Position

The IEP Facilitator at Sonia Sotomayor Elementary is a part-time role focused on supporting students with disabilities through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure the educational needs of students are met.
• Monitor student progress and adjust IEPs as necessary to support student success.
• Provide training and support to staff regarding IEP processes and best practices for working with students with disabilities.
