The Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Program Coordinator at Augusta University plays a crucial role in coordinating various programs within the division, managing special projects, and facilitating initiatives related to institutional effectiveness processes, communications, and resources. This position is integral to ensuring that accreditation, analytics, assessment, data governance, institutional reporting, integrated planning, program planning and evaluation, project management, and survey research are effectively managed and executed. The coordinator will be responsible for preparing essential documents and supporting materials, planning and executing logistics for major meetings and events, and managing mass communications regarding programs and projects. As the first point of contact for customers, the coordinator will handle inquiries related to the program and various initiatives, operations, and activities within the IE division. In addition to coordinating special projects, the IE Program Coordinator will manage standard operating procedures, including inventories, schedules, and status reports for regularly occurring processes. This includes coordinating training, maintaining training materials, and managing documentation from committees supported by IE. The coordinator will also oversee the application processes, serving as the first point of contact for applications and developing standard operating procedures for managing them. Furthermore, the coordinator will assist with division operations by organizing and maintaining physical and technology resources, planning division meetings, and providing backup administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality. The coordinator will be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a customer-friendly environment and providing superior service to patients, students, faculty, and employees.
