Burrow Global is seeking to hire four IE&C Engineers for a 12-month assignment with a petrochemical manufacturing company in Deer Park, TX. This position will generally focus on supporting and optimizing the plant's automation, control systems, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable operations. Core Responsibilities An IE&C (Instrumentation, Electrical & Controls) Engineer at this facility will typically perform the following duties: System Support and Optimization : Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing instrumentation and control systems, which include systems (DCS), DeltaV and ABB systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), control wiring, terminal blocks, low voltage fusing, etc. and instrumentation. Experience with power distribution and motor protection up to 480 V. Project Execution : Support the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation systems for capital projects, coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams. Responsible for developing scopes, estimates, and manages small to mid-size capital projects
