Eli Lilly and Company seeks an IDS Analyst (R2-R3) to develop and deploy pipelines for processing and analyzing data on a cloud-based data analysis platform. Use machine and deep learning for insight generation for therapeutics discovery and development. Design, develop, and deploy new data visualization tools. Utilize software engineering best practices to advance solutions. Evaluate technical decisions and anticipate issues. Apply biological and clinical knowledge to data engineering to help select relevant features and create a proper QC workflow.
