About The Position
The Idaho Department of Correction is currently recruiting a Program Supervisor to serve as a member of IDOC's Training & Development team and work out of our training center in Meridian, Idaho. The incumbent will manage the design, implementation, evaluation, and effectiveness of programs that foster staff learning, development, and successful performance.
