As an Identity Theft Specialist at Zander Insurance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in identity theft protection. This role involves providing support and information to clients who may have experienced identity theft, while also selling and upgrading protection plans. Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales.

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Responding to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection.
• Selling and/or upgrading IDT Coverage to provide protection to customers and their families.
• Answering questions regarding possible data breaches.
• Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls, responding to emails.
• Assisting current customers with updating their payment and contact information.
