CACI has openings for Identity Intelligence (I2) /Network Targeting Analysts in Charlottesville, VA. In this position you will support the Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) program, at the Army's National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). As a vital member of the I2AS team, you will provide rotational, deployed, embedded, and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing products that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. A 6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required.

  • Embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information.
  • Identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Minimum: 2 years of related experience and a degree, or 6 years without.
  • An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.
  • Experience conducting network analysis, pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and social network analysis in support of attack the network operations.
  • Foundational understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams and pattern of like (POL) analysis.
  • Experience providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
  • Open to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.
  • Ability to meet appropriate COCOM pre-deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of 6 months.
