About The Position

Help protect access, trust, and compliance across a global enterprise. As an Identity Governance Audit Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the right people have the right access at the right time. You will partner across technology, security, and audit teams to strengthen identity controls, support audits, and continuously improve how access is governed. This role is ideal for someone who brings curiosity, accountability, and a passion for building strong, scalable control environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, information security, audit, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience supporting audits such as SOX, SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, or PCI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex access and control data.
  • Experience working with IAM technologies such as Saviynt, Active Directory, and RACF or similar platforms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business partners.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience using SQL, reporting tools, or advanced Excel to analyze access data.
  • Familiarity with role-based access control models and identity governance best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead identity governance audit engagements by coordinating responses, timelines, and evidence for internal and external audits.
  • Deliver accurate, complete, and timely audit data that demonstrates control effectiveness across identity access processes.
  • Drive quality assurance for identity access reviews, provisioning, and deprovisioning controls to support regulatory compliance.
  • Identify control gaps, assess risk, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement sustainable remediation solutions.
  • Plan and execute identity access review testing to validate compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Clearly present control evidence and audit results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IAM, application, and platform teams to analyze access data and improve governance processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by strengthening documentation, testing approaches, and audit readiness.
