About The Position
The Identify and Access Management Senior Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the IAM Operations and Technical systems with a focus on privileged access management (PAM) solutions for Cyberark and other IAM solutions for the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the security and availability of IAM and the Cyberark system while actively seeking to mature the security of all IAM processes. Additionally, this role will assist the GISCS team providing day to day support activities, including account onboarding, working with administrators on any issues that they are having with the product, monitoring, other troubleshooting, and maturing the platform while working with various Global IT teams departments to ensure all activities are completed within defined SLA's. This person will work with many teams and all brands to ensure that we have global solutions for Cyberark and the other solutions that this person will work on for IAM.
