DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: Our team is part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, focusing on workforce access management . We are responsible for the full lifecycle of user access, including automated Day 1 provisioning , last-day de-provisioning , and transfer-related access adjustments . Additionally, we manage Access Recertification , Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) , Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) , and Privileged Access Management (PAM) . As a Software Engineer , you will design, develop, and integrate solutions that enable secure and efficient access management across the enterprise. You will work on implementing risk-based automated access management , policy-based authorization , and enhancing RBAC capabilities, including birthright roles . This role involves software development, testing, and providing Level 3 support for IAM products.

  • Develop, modify, and integrate access control solutions to support IAM capabilities such as RBAC, PBAC, and PAM.
  • Implement risk-based automated access management and policy-based authorization enablement .
  • Enhance role-based access control , including management of birthright roles.
  • Perform software development and testing for IAM solutions.
  • Provide Level 3 support for IAM products and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Talent needed for success Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and database programming.
  • Knowledge or experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and IAM concepts.
  • Familiarity with IAM products or prior experience contributing to IAM-related projects.
  • Solid understanding of role-based and policy-based access control models.
  • Experience with scripting and automation for access management workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Exposure to risk-based access management frameworks .
  • Knowledge of access recertification processes and compliance requirements.
