About The Position

EagleBank is looking for a meticulous and technically skilled IAM Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our IAM strategy: designing secure, scalable, and efficient access solutions that protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to translate business needs into technical requirements, optimize identity lifecycle processes, develop and maintain process and procedure documentation, and support the implementation of IAM tools and controls. The ideal candidate is a business analyst with strong technical expertise in IAM concepts, platforms, and process automation. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and driving improvements in IAM workflows. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions while staying current with emerging trends in identity security. You will help strengthen Eagle Bank’s security posture, improve user access governance, enhance operational efficiency, and support the ongoing transformation of our identity and access management program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience in application systems support or administration, business analysis or software implementation.
  • 3 years acting as an IAM business analyst with strong focus on technical aspects of identity and access management.
  • 3 years creating identity management process and procedure documentation.
  • 3 years experience implementing identity lifecycle solutions, role-based access controls, performing access certifications.
  • Familiarity with concepts related to IAM process automation.
  • Onboarding applications into cloud-based identity platform.
  • Familiarity with APIs, backend databases, directory services.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks: Sarbanes Oxley, NIST.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience eliciting, documenting and managing detailed business and technical requirements for complex IT requirements with moderate support from manager.
  • Experience supporting SSO and MFA implementations and privileged access management.
  • Experience working with cloud-based IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra, on-premise, Active Directory).

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Azure Certification.
  • Experience working with and supporting audits related to IAM.
  • One of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+ Certification, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI, CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner.
