About The Position

This is a tier 2 technical support role averaging about 100 tickets/week between a 3 person team. Close tickets through Cherwell queue and a lot of work in Active Directory. Creating accounts, managing groups, adding/removing group permissions, password resets, user setups, etc.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of previous tier 2 level helpdesk experience
  • Must have strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy experience
  • Ticketing/Documenting experience (using Cherwell but transitioning to Jira)
  • Office 365 experience and MS Teams
  • Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous remote experience is preferred
