About The Position

Responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting user access requests for systems used at Cottage Health. Ensures secure provisioning, de-provisioning, and distribution of user access credentials and supports the implementation of IAM policies and procedures. Responsibilities This is not an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. Employees will be required to perform any job, with related instruction given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to take on tasks with minimal instruction and work through large volumes of access requests with different workstreams while maintainig a IT security mindset.
  • The ability to take technical topics and convey them into business level, risk based discussions with a variety of individuals ranging from management to technical teams.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver user access timely and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • One of the following: Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
  • Working knowledge or HIPAA, Meaningful Use and Payment Card Industry (PCI).Expeience using industry ticketing solutions, such as ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of CyberArk and SailPoint.
  • 1-2 years of IT, Risk Management or Security experience

Responsibilities

  • User Account ManagementResponsible for provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning user accounts and access rights accross various systems. This is includes managing use access to system, applications and data in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures. Ensure that users have appropriate access based on their roles and responsibilities. (60%)
  • Troubleshooting User AccessResponsible for troubleshooting user access issues faced by employees and non-employees at Cottage Health. In addition, interactions with other departments, such as the Help Desk or other IT Teams, may be necessary to ensure user access needs are met. (20%)
  • Compliance & Regulatory KnowledgeMaintains knowledge of an ensures compliance with HIPAA Security requirements, Meaningful Use regulations, and other compliance requirements for healthcare IT systems. (20%)
