Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience
- Expertise in platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD
- Deep understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos)
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice To Haves
- IAM certifications (CIAM, Okta Certified Admin, SailPoint Admin)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IAM integrations
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Security Models
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle automation
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows with precision and speed
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure peak performance and zero downtime
- Collaborate with IT teams to enforce secure access controls across the enterprise
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Integrate IAM systems with cloud services, enterprise directories, and critical applications (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, and more)
- Stay sharp on emerging IAM technologies, compliance frameworks, and security trends
