As a Cloud Administrator/Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining proof-of-concept and operational solutions within cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure, with additional requirements for AWS. You will deploy, administer, and manage cloud solutions by configuring services, managing compute resources, monitoring resource and log analytics, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing infrastructure. This role requires expertise in managing compute, storage, network, and security components within the cloud, configuring networks, implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with strict Government Governance. The Cloud Administrator/Engineer will work extensively with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements, WSUS, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell.
