Join our Web and Directory services Cybersecurity team as a Product Owner, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and architecting secure IAM solutions for multiple lines of business. As a Product Owner, you will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with various product teams to ensure seamless integration and management of IAM technologies. You must deeply understand IAM practices, solutions, product delivery, cloud, infrastructure operations, DevOps & Agile principles to succeed in this role. In this role, you will facilitate collaboration across IAM teams and other organizations within Caterpillar Inc. You will leverage data to drive informed decision-making and increase transparency for all levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will include driving the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, enhancing observability, dashboarding, and supporting metrics across teams. You will also increase the adoption of Agile, Automation & SecDevOps practices, participate in IAM program delivery, and translate business compliance and technical needs into detailed requirements and architectural solutions. Additionally, you will communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct application software development, debugging, and testing for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness. You will manage AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of applications. Overseeing the design, provisioning, and management of IAM infrastructure and related technologies will also be part of your role. You will manage the completion of work assignments and coordinate work with others, working independently with minimal management input and review of results. Collaborating with security teams to integrate security practices into DevOps processes, ensuring compliance with security standards, will be essential. As a leader, you will provide technical guidance and support for infrastructure patterns, frameworks, and project work, acting as a change agent to deliver business and technical solutions that balance security risk mitigation. You will drive and perform integrated and customer acceptance testing of components, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
