About The Position

Identity & Access Management Analyst I is responsible for daily operational maintenance of accounts and access in support of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. Responsibilities include maintaining account data, provisioning and deprovisioning of access, assisting with reviews, audits, and reports, aiding in IT projects, maintaining accurate documentation related to account and access activity, and communicating effectively with all customers to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of Centra systems. Responsibilities Application Skills: The effectiveness with which the employee applies job knowledge and skills to project assignments. Demonstrate functional knowledge of IAM operations related to user lifecycle management Demonstrate functional knowledge of user access analysis and provisioning concepts and operations Demonstrate ability to perform user account and access changes using designated provisioning tools or directly in systems/applications Assist in internal and external audit activities with direction from senior analysts Assist with reports of user/IAM data with direction from senior analysts Assist in defining, documenting, and implementing standard role-based access controls for IT managed systems with direction from senior analysts Assist in IT projects to ensure that IAM tasks are addressed throughout the project life cycle with direction from senior analyst Assist with user and application reviews with direction from senior analysts Quality of Work – The manner in which the employee completes job assignments (accuracy or precision, thoroughness/neatness, reliability, follow-through/follow-up, judgement/decision making). Assist with maintenance of content in IAM data repositories to ensure accurate referential documentation and reportable asset management Able to identify possible issues, nonstandard configurations, and/or IAM risks based on analysis and escalate with appropriate details to senior team members Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Show exceptional attention to details Approach to work – The characteristics employee demonstrates while performing job assignments (Initiative, planning, and organization, flexible,/adaptable, follows instructions) Follow documented IAM operational processes and procedures Able to handle multiple priorities, meet fluctuating deadlines, and demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities Communication Skills -The effectiveness of the employee’s interactions with others and as a team participant (Written expression, oral expression, tact and diplomacy, shares information willingly). Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and community partners, including but not limited to technical staff, business partners, and executives to support IAM operations Demonstrate ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment Display strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Quantity of Work – The employee’s success in producing the required amount of work (number of assignments completed, assignments completed on schedule, priority setting). Use ITSM tool(s) for managing and tracking requests and incidents to ensure resolution within proper timelines Provide status reports and perform timekeeping and capacity forecasting on a weekly basis Customer Satisfaction – Employee’s engagement in helping to meet specific departmental goals and taking necessary steps to meet the overall organizational goals Participate in internal coaching and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills on security awareness, protocols and procedures Attend and participate in meetings and other scheduled group discussions Remain current with standard IAM concepts, such as identity lifecycle management and provisioning

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • One to three (1-3) or more years of equivalent healthcare IS related work experience
  • Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) within one (1) year of hire date
  • Maintain Identity Management Institute (IMI) membership and continuing education credits for CAMS certification upon achievement
