About The Position

Idealease Rental Sales Manager Drive Rental Growth in the Nashville Market Cumberland Idealease is looking for a sales-driven professional to lead the growth of our rental business in the Nashville market. This role is built for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue. While the position carries the title Rental Sales Manager, the focus of the role is business development and account growth, not managing staff. You will be responsible for growing rental utilization, expanding customer relationships, and representing Cumberland Idealease in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new rental opportunities across the Nashville market. Build relationships with contractors, transportation companies, and businesses that depend on reliable equipment.
  • Account Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing customers while uncovering additional opportunities to support their operations with rental equipment.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take responsibility for rental revenue growth by maintaining a strong pipeline, following through on opportunities, and converting activity into business.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted resource for customers needing short-term equipment solutions. Understand their operations and match them with the right rental equipment.
  • Market Presence: Represent Cumberland Idealease in the field by staying connected to customers, job sites, and business decision makers throughout the region.
  • Operational Alignment: Work closely with internal service and support teams to ensure customers receive a seamless rental experience.
