About The Position
The Ideal Market Associate is the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits the stores. This role involves providing a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment. Associates are given opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions. The goal is to make each customer's day "ideal" by greeting them, asking about their day, and having their preferred items ready.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 20 years old due to Alcohol Sales
- Able and willing to work all shifts to cover when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
