The IDCS Operations Demand Planner will be responsible for developing integrated business management processes across all organization functions. This role will be expected to align and synchronize demand planning with supply chain optimization and shipment planning, to enhance the customer experience. This position will rely heavily on Operational Excellence techniques (i. e. KaizenLean 6 Sigma with working knowledge of Kanban methodologies.) to improve processes and remove delays within our organization, as well as the management of strategic data enhancement projects, primarily in the areas of supply chain and customer master data management. The individual will be tasked with managing initiatives and projects in the areas of process improvement, demand planning, forecast and project planning. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing data definitions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, establishing quality expectations, and monitoring compliance to those expectations.
