About The Position
Bear Mountain Machine is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Set-Up/Operator to join our busy production CNC machine shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC mills and will be responsible for producing high-quality parts. This full-time position offers a structured work schedule of four 10-hour days per week, allowing for a great work-life balance. We value professionalism and punctuality, and we are looking for someone who is not only capable of performing the job but is also eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities as they arise. The successful candidate will be comfortable using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers, and must be able to stand, walk, and lift during their shift.
