Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience highly preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard in the ID Department
• Responsible for all ID-related correspondence.
• Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations, policies and procedures related to the ID Department.
• Maintain and update all unit files.
• Manage all situations in an expedient and professional manner.
• Maintain good public relations.
• Maintain monthly ID inventory.
• This position has no supervisory responsibility.
