Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various internal constituencies.
  • Review financial data and billing discrepancies, forwarding information for follow-up and resolution.
  • Create, analyze, and provide reports of cyclical and ad-hoc data for internal and external constituencies.
  • Administer and support all functions related to the Micros Point of Service (POS) systems across the campus.
  • Maintain accurate data on internal systems in compliance with data integrity standards.
  • Evaluate business and technological processes to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Produce University ID cards for students, faculty, staff, and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communication to format new card designs according to branding guidelines.
  • Review and update the ID system for individual requests from various programs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for dining plan inquiries and requests related to the one-card system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in compliance with FERPA regulations.
  • Process faculty and staff access and termination system requests.
  • Export data photo files for university social media accounts.
  • Provide oversight and support for external vendors related to the ID system.
  • Collaborate with vendors to import and export required data as necessary.
  • Review and export reports for the ID Office and external vendors.
